Job Description
We are a rapidly growing medical specialty group. We are looking for a certified medical assistant who is a hard worker and team player. The role of the medical assistant is a position that will work side by side with a provider (PA/NP/Physician). Knowledge of general medical terminology and willingness to learn is strongly recommended. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Coordinating care with a provider Documenting data in an EMR system and assisting with notes and in-office procedures Addressing issues raised patients in a compassionate manner Returning calls and calling in prescriptions Organizing data in a logical and professional manner Ability to work in a fast paced environment
