Infinite Wellness & Aesthetics is seeking a motivated, professional, and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience in a wellness and aesthetic setting. Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional experience Prepare patients for appointments and assist the provider during treatments and procedures Obtain and document vital signs and medical history Assist with room preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and organized clinical environment Prepare treatment rooms and supplies Assist with aesthetic and wellness procedures as directed by the provider Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Support front-office responsibilities, including scheduling, patient communication, and follow-up when needed Follow all infection-control, safety, and patient-care protocols Provide excellent customer service and help create a positive, comfortable environment for every patient Qualifications Certified or experienced Medical Assistant preferred Previous experience in a medical, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, or aesthetic practice is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and patient-centered approach Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning and assisting with aesthetic and wellness treatments Strong commitment to patient safety, privacy, and confidentiality Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team What We Offer A professional and supportive work environment Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding wellness and aesthetics practice Training and opportunities to develop knowledge in aesthetic and wellness services Collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth If you are passionate about healthcare, aesthetics, and helping patients feel their best, we would love to hear from you.
