Job Summary:
Blue Ridge ENT is seeking a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant to join our team. Duties of theMA:
- Room patients.
- Work directly with our healthcare providers and clinical staff to maintain patient electronic medical records.
- Explain common medical procedures to patients
- Assist provider with in-office procedures
- Call patients/Call in prescriptions
- Cleaning/stocking rooms
Skills:
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Strong knowledge of medical documentation processes and best practices
