POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for a variety of receptionist, clerical, and administrative duties within the Ambulatory Care Unit supporting the
Pain Clinic:
Scheduling Prior Authorizations Managing Referrals Provide support for the department's front office/desk with: Scheduling Patient Check-In Triaging Phone Calls General office support and tasks
BASIC KNOWLEDGE
High School graduate Some knowledge of medical terminology strongly desired People skills and experience dealing with the public helpful Enthusiastic Data Entry and typing skills
