Job Description

Manchester Medical Center Primary Care is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our growing team. We are a patient-focused practice committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Position Overview:
The Medical Assistant will play a key role in supporting providers and ensuring efficient patient flow. Responsibilities include performing patient intakes, obtaining accurate vital signs, and documenting thorough and detailed medical histories. The role also involves assisting with prior authorizations, coordinating care, and supporting daily clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform patient intake, including vital signs and medication reconciliation Obtain and document comprehensive patient histories Assist providers during patient visits and procedures as needed Complete prior authorizations and manage related documentation Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records Support overall clinic workflow and patient experience
Scribing Qualifications:
Prior experience in a medical office setting required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team player with a positive and professional attitude
