Job Requirements:

Certification:

Must be a Certified Medical Assistant in the state of Washington or have the ability to register as one.

Versatility:

Capable of efficiently handling both front and back office duties.

Background Check:

Able to pass a background test.

Technology:

Proficiency in current EMR systems and online billing and scheduling platforms.

Transportation:

Have reliable transportation.

Personality:

Friendly, motivated, confident, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to take initiative, think on your feet, and proactively solve problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a

Safe Environment:

Ensure the office and patient rooms are clean and safe.

Front Desk:

Answer phones, schedule appointments, manage deliveries, and handle all front-of-house responsibilities.

Patient Care:

Prepare patient rooms for office visits and proficiently draw blood and handle medical specimens.

Supply Management:

Keep the office stocked with essential medical and office supplies.

Billing:

Handle billing for both insurance companies and patients.

ECG:

Perform ECG, with BLS training provided within 90 days of employment.
