Responsibilities Assist with patient intake processes and recording medical histories in electronic health records (EHR) systems. Support clinical staff by preparing examination rooms, sterilizing equipment, and ensuring all supplies are stocked and organized. Communicating and following up with clients via phone and email to deliver instructions and answer basic questions. Assist with clinical procedures, medication administration under supervision, and basic life support (BLS) protocols. Document patient interactions and updating medical records with precision. managing patient flow, scheduling appointments, and coordinating care. Other tasks as assigned.
