Experience:

1+ year 3. Key Responsibilities Room and prepare patients for exams Obtain vital signs and pulse oximetry Assist with clinical procedures Administer injections and immunizations Collect and label patient specimens Perform wound care and dressing changes Handle phone calls, refill requests, and authorizations Maintain accurate patient records 4. Requirements Active CMA certification BLS certification Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience Strong communication and teamwork skills 5. Education Medical Assistant education/certification required 6. Certifications

CMA BLS 7.

Preferred Qualifications Epic EMR experience Adult outpatient clinic experience Experience with EKG/ECG Experience with medication administration TB testing and specimen collection Telephone triage and insurance verification Experience with pulmonary, dermatology, or family practice

Pay:

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
