On-site (Single facility, no travel required) Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) to join a premier outpatient surgery/specialty clinic in Everett, WA. In this role, you will provide comprehensive clinical and administrative back-office support to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Intake:
Efficiently room patients, measure and record vital signs, document health histories, skin health notes, and main clinical complaints accurately in the EHR.
Provider & Inbasket Management:
Manage provider inbaskets, assist with patient phone calls, and process prescription refill requests in a timely manner.
Exam & Procedure Room Prep:
Prepare, sanitize, and restock exam rooms with necessary clinical supplies and surgical trays.
Clinical Operations & Documentation:
Complete accurate clinical documentation and administrative tasks to support efficient end-of-day workflow.
Team Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and healthcare staff to deliver excellent continuous care.
Required Qualifications Certification:
Active Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) credential in Washington State.
Life Support:
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience:
Strong back-office clinical routine and patient care skills. Preferred Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in an outpatient or Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) environment. Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational capabilities. High attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks before the end of the shift.

•5:00 PM (Monday through Friday)
