Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Medical Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. About Us:

Maple Valley Movement Neurology is a specialized clinic dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with movement disorders and other neurologic conditions. Under the guidance of Dr. Jennie L. Davis, we partner with patients and their care teams to provide highly personalized, empowering care. We treat conditions ranging from Parkinson's disease and Essential Tremor to Spasticity and Cervical Dystonia.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to help ensure our clinical operations run smoothly while providing hands-on, empathetic care to our patients. We are open to hiring both newly certified Medical Assistants looking for a supportive environment to build their clinical skills, as well as experienced MAs who are comfortable with more complex care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Room patients, record vital signs, and update medical histories. Assist patients with mobility needs as they navigate the clinic (experience with gait/balance issues is a plus). Prepare treatment rooms and manage inventory. Act as a clinical liaison, answering medical questions via phone or the Patient Portal and coordinating care with other clinics, specialists, and pharmacies.

Qualifications:

Entry-Level:

Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply! We offer comprehensive mentorship to help you thrive in a specialty clinical setting.

Experienced:

Candidates with prior specialty experience (especially in Neurology or Geriatrics) are highly desired and will have the opportunity to take on leadership tasks. High level of patience, compassion, and emotional intelligence. Excellent attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
