Job Description
Lakeridge Paving Co LLC is seeking an experienced Asphalt Roller Operator to join our paving crew. The ideal candidate has experience operating asphalt rollers and understands proper compaction techniques needed to produce a smooth, high-quality finished surface. Responsibilities Operate asphalt rollers safely and efficiently on paving projects. Compact asphalt to proper density and specifications. Maintain consistent rolling patterns to achieve a smooth finished surface. Work closely with the paving crew, foreman, paver operator, and other equipment operators. Monitor asphalt temperature and adjust rolling patterns as needed. Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance. Keep roller clean and properly maintained throughout the workday. Identify and report equipment problems or safety concerns. Assist the paving crew with other duties when needed. Follow all company and job-site safety procedures.
