We are looking for someone who is excellent with patients, confident with blood draws, detail-oriented, comfortable with computers, and able to work independently. Responsibilities Blood draws and specimen processing Preparing laboratory and specialty test kits Assisting physicians with patient care and procedures Preparing exam rooms Managing medical and laboratory supplies Communicating with laboratories, pharmacies, and patients EMR documentation and general clinical support Ideal Candidate Medical Assistant experience Strong phlebotomy skills Warm and professional with patients Organized and dependable Comfortable in a fast-paced medical office Quick learner with good problem-solving skills Able to take initiative and follow tasks through to completion Experience in integrative or functional medicine is helpful but not required — we are happy to train the right person.
