Work schedule: Medical Assistant•
Full-Time Location:
Silverdale, WA/ Gigharbor, WA Peninsula Pain Clinic Peninsula Pain Clinic, the leading provider of pain management services in the Olympic and Kitsap Peninsula region, is seeking a reliable and motivated Medical Assistant that can float between our Silverdale and Gigharbor locations. Key Responsibilities :
This role involves working alongside a provider in the clinic to support patient care, assist with procedures, and help ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations. Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs, documenting medical history, and reviewing current medications. Assist providers during exams and minor procedures. Collect and prepare laboratory specimens Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and route messages appropriately. Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits. Process referrals, prior authorizations, and prescription refill requests.
