Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are looking for a part-time Certified Medical Assistant to provide support to our medical and cosmetic professionals at our Woodinville office. This role offers the potential to transition to full-time employment with eligibility for medical benefits. After six months of service, employees will receive discounts on the cosmetic services and products offered by our clinic. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, demonstrate the highest standards of integrity, and exhibit excellent interpersonal abilities, including patience, compassion, empathy, and the capacity to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

Perform medical assistance duties which may include, but not limited to, vital signs, height and weight, and assisting medical staff during routine procedures. Ensure that all patient care areas are clean, organized, stocked and ready for patient use. check-in and escort patients to exam rooms. Take photos of patients and upload to their chart. Collect payment and schedule appointments for next visits. Perform appropriate point of care testing, such as lab tests and specimen collection. Conduct product inventory. Candidate should be ready and willing to learn and be a dedicated team player.

Qualifications:

Certified Medical Assistant in the state of Washington or Registered Medical Assistant with minimum of 6 months MA experience. Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
