Our office is looking for a patient-focused and team-oriented Medical Assistant to support our providers to ensure our patients feel cared for. This is a part-time role, perfect for someone who wants meaningful, patient-centered work, while maintaining work/life balance. There is the potential to grow towards 4 days per week if desired. What You'll Do Room patients with warmth and professionalism, gathering accurate histories and vitals Assist providers with charting, exams, biopsies, excisions, and other in-office procedures Prepare and maintain exam rooms, instruments, and supplies to the highest standard Perform tasks within your scope, such as administering injections, applying dressings, and removing sutures Explain procedures and aftercare instructions clearly to patients Keep patient records accurate, secure, and up to date in our EMR system, ModMed/EMA Coordinate with front desk staff to keep patient flow on schedule Process and track labs, biopsies, and pathology results Support our providers and staff wherever needed Help cosmetic patients navigate treatment prep and aftercare Maintain compliance with sterilization, safety, and infection control protocols Manage clinical inventory and restock rooms What We're Looking For A genuine people-person with kind bedside manner Someone organized and detail-oriented who takes pride in getting things right A multi-tasker who enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced schedule A learner who's excited to grow within the dermatology field A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment High school diploma or GED required Medical Assistant certification (or equivalent training/experience) required One year of clinical experience preferred, dermatology experience a plus About Us Knight Dermatology was founded out of a passion for outstanding dermatologic care and a genuine desire to help our community live healthier lives with healthier skin.
