In person Why This Job Is Different If you're a CMA who went into healthcare to actually take care of people — and you're tired of being rushed through the day — read this one carefully. Real time with patients. Follow-up visits are 30 minutes. New patient consults are 60 to 90 minutes. You will know our patients by name, and they will know you. A schedule you can build a life around. No nights. No weekends. No call. Ever. Small, family-feel practice. No corporate layers, no productivity dashboards, no being a number. Decisions get made by the people standing next to you. You'll be cared for, too. Our team members receive access to the clinic's own wellness and hormone optimization services — the same care we provide our patients. Job Summary Revitalizing Health & Hormones is a patient-centered clinic focused on optimizing health, longevity, and quality of life through hormone optimization, wellness care, and personalized treatment plans. We pride ourselves on delivering a high-touch, relationship-driven experience that goes beyond traditional healthcare. We are growing and looking for a full-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) who is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping patients feel their best. This is a combined clinical and administrative role. Our team takes a shared approach to patient care — you'll be cross-trained across different areas of the practice so the whole team can support one another and provide seamless coverage for our patients. If you like variety and want to grow your skill set rather than do the same ten tasks forever, you'll do well here.
