Certified Medical Assistant Full Job Description Approximate Hours:
Monday - Wednesday 7:45-5, Thursday 7:45-4 and Fridays
PRN 8-12
30(usually 2 per month in our Brookfield location)
Responsibilities:
Room patients and take detailed medical histories Perform scribing/documentation during patient visits Provide wound care and post-procedure instructions Administer injections and medications as directed Assist providers with dermatologic procedures (biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, etc.) Support patient education related to treatment plans and skincare Maintain clean and well-stocked exam rooms Collaborate closely with the nursing and provider team to ensure efficient patient flow
Qualifications:
Certified/Registered MA, or LPN license in Wisconsin Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocols.

Previous dermatology or outpatient experience preferred (but not required) Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Comfort with EMR systems (we use ModMed) and multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and work schedules. Compassionate, patient-centered approach
