Janesville, WI Pay:
$19-$30/hour
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday:
7:00 AM-4:00
PM Tuesday & Thursday:
9:00 AM-6:00 PM Job Overview We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a patient-focused healthcare team in Janesville, WI. This role supports both clinical and front-office operations, with a strong emphasis on patient care, accurate documentation, and independent blood draw skills. Responsibilities Obtain and document vital signs, patient histories, and clinical information in the EMR. Assist providers with patient examinations and routine procedures. Perform independent blood draws and prepare specimens for laboratory testing. Administer injections and immunizations as directed. Perform routine screenings, dressing changes, suture removal, and other basic clinical procedures. Maintain clinical supplies, equipment, and instrument sterilization. Schedule internal and external referrals and assist with patient coordination. Support front-office functions including check-in/check-out, scheduling, reception, and payment collection. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable healthcare regulations and organizational policies. Contribute to a team-based approach to patient care and preventative health initiatives. Required Qualifications Previous Medical Assistant experience; family practice experience preferred . Comfortable performing independent blood draws . Strong patient service, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Medical Assistant diploma or certification. Why Join?
