We are looking for a Clinic Assistant to join our team and provide professional, top notch customer service to our patients. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the field of chiropractic or a medical clinic setting, as well as a passion for helping others. The Clinic Assistant will be responsible for providing a welcoming environment for patients, performing administrative tasks, and assisting with other duties as needed. We are looking for a motivated individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people achieve optimal health. Clinic Assistant:
Provide exceptional customer service to patients. Provide support to the chiropractors. Assist with patient education and counseling. Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing medical records. Provide support to other team members, such as chiropractic technicians (CTs), chiropractic radiological technicians (CRTs), and laser technicians. Maintain patient confidentiality.
