Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) by documenting patient information accurately and updating medical records promptly. Support medical administrative tasks Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, adhering to infection control standards and safety regulations. Assist with medication administration under supervision when necessary and ensure proper documentation of all procedures performed. Support medical office management by handling medical documentation and managing medical records efficiently. Skills Extensive knowledge of medical terminology. Strong proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and electronic health records management to ensure precise recordkeeping. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately across diverse populations. Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail in medical documentation.
