Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in various medical settings, including outpatient clinics. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, patient service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures Perform intake assessments, including taking vital signs and medical history Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow Conduct basic life support as needed Prepare patients for other diagnostic tests Assist in the management of patients in an outpatient settings Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Skills Knowledge of mental and behavioral medicine, urgent care, and emergency medicine practices Proficiency in medical administrative tasks and EHR systems Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Experience in clinic settings Familiarity with medication administration protocols Ability to provide exceptional patient service with a focus on care quality Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team Hours 8am-5pm
