Casper Dermatology Clinic is growing and opening two new offices in East Casper and Douglas. We are looking for energetic, patient-focused Medical Assistants who are eager to make an impact from day one. This unique opportunity allows you to help launch our newest locations while delivering outstanding care and creating a positive patient experience. We are seeking candidates with proven leadership abilities, adaptability, and a passion for excellence. Position Details Travel position with a consistent weekly schedule 3 to 4 days per week in Casper 1 to 2 days per week in Douglas Opportunity to support the growth and success of both new offices Be part of something exciting and help shape the future of dermatology care in our communities.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
Rooming patients and documents all vital information Scribing information for the dermatologist Providing post op wound care to patients Drawing blood and suture removal Cleaning and stocking the exam rooms Scheduling patient appointments Assisting the dermatologist with procedures such as: Surgical photographs Biopsies
  • punch, DIF and shave Excisions Electrodessication and curettage I&D Mohs micrographic skin cancer surgery Phototherapy Injections Koh preps Trichograms Tzank preps Dermabrasion Patch testing Blue light
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent Post High School education in a medical support field: Certified Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse is strongly preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
1+ years of recent experience in a medical office in a similar capacity is preferred Must keep current on all state certifications, licenses and/or registrations to continue employment Must be willing to travel to other clinic locations as needed Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Record systems Must possess organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with staff, clients, and visitors Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team #INDJOS
