Founded in 1995, and for the past 31 years, through its fleet of mobile units and 2 testing locations, CTS has provided services and solutions to meet the increasingly stringent testing requirements of the DOT (Department of Transportation) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) for highly-regulated employers operating across the New York tri-state area.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Mobile Medical Technician to join our healthcare team in Tarrytown, United States. In this role, you will provide essential medical support and diagnostic services to patients across multiple healthcare settings and locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional technical proficiency, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining strict adherence to medical protocols and data security standards.
Operate and maintain mobile medical diagnostic equipment, including EKG machines, vital signs monitors, and portable ultrasound devicesCollect patient data, perform phlebotomy procedures, and conduct preliminary medical assessments in accordance with established protocolsDocument patient information accurately and efficiently using electronic health record (EHR) systems while ensuring HIPAA complianceTroubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance to ensure all devices are functioning optimallyTransport medical equipment safely between multiple locations and healthcare facilities within the Tarrytown regionCommunicate effectively with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and provide reassurance during medical examinationsAnalyze and interpret vital signs and preliminary diagnostic data, reporting findings to supervising healthcare professionalsMaintain organized records of equipment inventory, patient encounters, and service logsAdapt quickly to different healthcare environments and patient populations while maintaining professional standardsCollaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery across mobile and stationary settingsQualifications

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency with mobile medical diagnostic equipment and electronic health record (EHR) systemsStrong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare protocolsExcellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyDemonstrated ability to collect, document, and analyze patient data accuratelyStrong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to interact professionally with patients and healthcare staffUnderstanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentialityPhysical capability to transport equipment and work in varied healthcare environmentsValid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the Tarrytown areaAttention to detail and analytical mindset for interpreting medical information•
Preferred Qualifications:
- Phlebotomy certification or equivalent hands-on medical experienceEMT (Emergency Medical Technician) or paramedic certificationPrevious experience working in mobile healthcare, urgent care, or clinical settingsProficiency with mobile applications and medical software platformsProblem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical equipment issuesBilingual capabilities (English and Spanish)Experience with patient scheduling and appointment coordinationAdditional InformationThe anticipated base pay range for this position starts at $23.
