General Duties Under the direction of the Revenue Cycle Director, the Medical and Dental Coder is responsible for converting healthcare services, diagnosis, in conjunction with Dental & Medical procedures into
CPT & ICD-10
codes utilized for healthcare billing. Education High School Diploma or Certificate of High School equivalence (GED) required. Associate's degree preferred.
CPC is required:
, CPC-P or CCS-P is preferred. FQHC medical/dental billing preferred Medical Terminology knowledge preferred. Technical Skills Windows-based computer experience required Expected hours: 40.0 per week
