Job Description

MEDICAL CODER
IONM SPECIALIST
Egrab Services - 5.0 Dallas, TX Job Details Full-time $26 - $32 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Appeals Medical coding Insurance claim appeals processing Regulatory compliance in claims processing Mid-level Certified Professional Coder Certified Coding Specialist Medical billing Medical insurance appeals management Negotiation Full Job Description You know IONM billing better than most doctors understand IONM. If that sentence made you nod — keep reading. Most coders see the acronym "IONM" and move on. You see it and think about out-of-network reimbursement strategy, modifier stacking, payer disputes, and getting every dollar the claim is entitled to. That's a rare skill — and we're looking for exactly that person. We're a Dallas-based specialty practice doing this work at a high level. We need someone who can step in, understand the operation quickly, and start contributing. Not someone who needs six months of orientation to understand the specialty.
