In this pivotal role, you will oversee clinical operations, supervise mental health professionals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care across diverse settings. Your leadership will foster a collaborative environment focused on innovative treatment approaches, research integration, and exceptional patient outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape mental health services while maintaining hands-on involvement in clinical practice, including assessments, therapy, and crisis intervention. Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight and supervision to licensed psychologists, counselors, and social workers to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive treatment programs for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, including inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth services. Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and psychological testing to inform individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused care for PTSD, addiction counseling, group therapy, and behavioral health interventions. Manage intake processes, patient assessments, medical records documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Coordinate crisis intervention efforts for patients experiencing acute mental health episodes or emergencies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated care plans that address complex needs such as autism spectrum disorders, disabilities, or geriatric mental health issues. Supervise research initiatives aimed at improving clinical outcomes and advancing evidence-based practices within the organization. Promote a culture of continuous learning by providing training on topics like pediatric mental health, working with children and families, social work practices, and telehealth technology utilization. Skills Must successfully pass a Live Scan fingerprint background check. Extensive experience in family counseling, working with children and individuals with autism or disabilities. Proven supervisory experience overseeing clinical teams within hospital or outpatient settings. Strong crisis intervention skills for managing urgent mental health situations effectively. Familiarity with hospital environments and inpatient/outpatient care models. Expertise in delivering psychotherapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), PTSD care strategies, addiction counseling, and group therapy sessions. Proficiency in conducting psychological testing and diagnostic evaluations for diverse populations across age groups including pediatrics and geriatrics. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records management and patient confidentiality. Experience with telehealth platforms to expand access to mental health services remotely. Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that promote recovery and well-being. Strong research background aimed at improving clinical practices through data-driven insights. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams, patients' families, schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
