A Bay Area hospital near San Francisco and Palo Alto, working in close collaboration with Stanford, is seeking a Medical Director, OB/GYN Hospitalist to lead its growing Laborist team! This hospital is dedicated to delivering exceptional maternal and newborn care through a team-based, collaborative approach pairing an experienced group of community OB/GYNs and nursing staff with academic and research support from Stanford.

• Build a team of six Laborists , handling approximately 800 deliveries annually with 24-hour in-house anesthesia, interventional radiology, and a Level II NICU
• Collaborate directly with Stanford Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists on high-acuity OB/GYN and obstetric emergency cases
• Compensation includes a guaranteed hourly rate, a Medical Director stipend, a $100,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME allowance, and full benefits
