This is a highly collaborative, community-focused practice with a loyal client base, part of a wider family of veterinary hospitals across Northern California. In this role you will lead and mentor a skilled, supportive veterinary team, partnering closely with the Hospital Manager and the wider network's Chief Medical Officer to guide clinical standards and drive hospital success. The hospital offers in-house diagnostics, dental radiography, and access to same-day echocardiography and ultrasound, all within a well-equipped, modern facility. There is a genuine opportunity here to help drive AAHA accreditation and Fear Free initiatives, and to act as a clinical resource for complex cases while supporting DVM development across the team.
