Recruiter Payment Note:
This client pays placement fees 90 days after the candidate's start date. Recruiter commissions will be paid once Relode receives payment from the client. If a candidate signs several months before their start date, your commission will be paid 90 days after the candidate begins employment, not when the employment agreement is signed. Up to a $50,000.00 bonus plus Monthly and Quarterly Incentives. This role offers physicians the opportunity to blend patient care with leadership by managing clinic operations and supporting a team of clinicians. You will impact the health of the workforce while working a standard weekday schedule without nights or weekends. Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and lead by example to create an exceptional patient experience
- Lead healthcare management to ensure day-to-day execution of medical model
- Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure
- Manage clinicians and support staff, complying with APC supervisory requirements
- Create a professional and collaborative working environment
- Work with leaders to identify and implement continuous clinic improvements
- Maintain relationships with center clients and payers
- Manage clinical and support staffing levels with medical clinic leadership team
- Promote and exemplify company values for all clinic colleagues
- Foster collaboration, professionalism, patient and colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement, and recognition
- Provide input to clinic budget and key business metrics with financial awareness Schedule and Shift Details
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, no nights, no weekends, no holidays, no on-call Qualifications Required 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: NextGen Inpatient Clinicals Clinical Documentation Clinical Quality Management (1+ years) 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Managed Care Healthcare Care Management Medicare (1+ years) ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications: Board Eligible Board Certified Benefits Relocation Assistance Education Reimbursement Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Discounts Employee Referral Program Legal and Identity Theft Protection Life Insurance Disability Insurance Company We're focused on improving the health of America's workforce, one patient at a time.
