Medical Director opportunity with a comprehensive community health center. This permanent, full-time opportunity is east of Modesto, CA in the Sierra Nevada foothills. A community health center that provides comprehensive ambulatory care to an underserved patient population, so a rewarding chance to impact the health of a community. Providers have option to work M-F with 4/10 or regular 5/8 schedules! Reporting directly to the CMO, the Medical Director provides clinical leadership for primary care blending direct patient care with medical staff leadership (80/20). Salary ($240K-$360K) and full benefits including generous health insurance, 4% 401k matching, 11 paid holidays, 24 days PTO, $2500 CME, $10K relocation, $6K bonus and covered malpractice. Loan repayment options ($50K-$80K) are available as well. Candidates must have active/unrestricted CA licensure, current DEA and board certified FM. Minimum five (5) years of post-residency clinical practice; prior clinical leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
