As Clinic Medical Director, you'll practice gold-standard medicine while leading and mentoring a high-performing medical team. What Makes Sploot Different Flexible 3-4 day workweek with 10-12 hour shifts + No overnights Highly skilled nursing team + 3:1 Nurse to DVM ratio Balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases Strong pre-visit triage so you walk into the exam room prepared What Makes You a Great Fit DVM/VMD degree (licensed and in good standing in Colorado) 5+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or mentorship experience Passion for team-building
