Full-Time Job Summary & Responsibilities:

Serve as the clinical and regulatory leader of a high-volume functional medicine and longevity practice. Provide patient care in functional medicine, hormone therapy, anti-aging medicine, regenerative medicine, peptide therapy, wellness optimization, IV therapy, chronic disease management, and weight loss programs. Supervise APPs and clinical staff while ensuring quality assurance and compliance standards. Review treatment plans, protocols, and support strategic growth initiatives. Work closely with the adjacent med spa under the same ownership. Manage a fast-paced patient schedule of approximately 40-50 patients per day with strong MA and AI-assisted documentation support. Support expansion initiatives including telemedicine, membership programs, e-commerce systems, and national growth opportunities. Maintain excellent patient satisfaction and deliver personalized, patient-centered care.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Active Florida MD/DO license and DEA license required. Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience. Prior Medical Director or clinical leadership experience preferred. Experience in Functional Medicine, Anti-Aging, Longevity, Weight Loss, or Regenerative Medicine preferred. A4M membership or certification preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with a high-energy, patient-focused personality. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth clinical environment.
