Job Description

Provenir Healthcare is looking for a Board - Certified Physician in Pensacola, FL for a full - time Medical Director opportunity. This clinic-based leadership role combines patient care with clinical oversight, allowing you to lead a collaborative team while maintaining an active practice. Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care in an outpatient occupational medicine clinic Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses Perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physicals Perform minor in-office procedures (e.g., laceration repair, splinting, suturing, wound care etc.) Serve as the physician leader for the clinic, promoting clinical excellence and quality improvement initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with employer clients and healthcare partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

MD or DO with an active Florida medical license (or the ability to obtain licensure) Board Certified required Current, unrestricted DEA registration Strong clinical judgment and physician leadership experience Experience in occupational medicine is a plus; physicians with backgrounds in family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, or emergency medicine are encouraged to apply This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician who enjoys balancing clinical practice with leadership responsibilities while helping drive quality care and operational excellence in an outpatient setting.
