Schedule:
Flexible; periodic in-person oversight with ongoing availability as required About Us We are an established salon and aesthetics business seeking a qualified Physician to serve as Medical Director for our growing aesthetic services. Our practice will offer cosmetic injectable treatments, including Botox and dermal fillers, performed by a qualified, licensed nurse injector. Position Responsibilities Provide medical oversight and clinical guidance for aesthetic injectable services. Establish and oversee appropriate protocols for Botox and dermal filler treatments. Review and approve clinical policies, procedures, and patient safety protocols. Provide guidance regarding patient screening, contraindications, complications, and emergency procedures. Ensure services are performed in accordance with applicable Florida laws, regulations, and professional standards. Maintain appropriate medical oversight and documentation. Be available for consultation regarding clinical questions or complications. Conduct periodic in-person visits and oversight as required by applicable regulations and the practice's medical protocols. Qualifications Active, unrestricted Florida physician license (MD or DO). Experience with or knowledge of aesthetic medicine, Botox, dermal fillers, and cosmetic injectables preferred. Strong understanding of patient safety, informed consent, and management of potential complications. Professional liability/malpractice coverage appropriate for the role. Excellent communication and willingness to work collaboratively with a nurse injector and aesthetic team
