• Hospice A well-established and growing healthcare organization is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to join their leadership team.

This is a newly created position following the recent merger of two hospice organizations providing services across four counties. The organization was also recently approved for a PACE program in Titusville, with an anticipated opening in approximately one year. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and business acumen, along with an interest in organizational growth and development.

Position Details:

• Monday
• Friday schedule
• Call rotation required
• Primarily administrative position
• Available to providers in the event of an emergency
• 1-3 years of hospice or related experience preferred
• Hospice & Palliative Care board certification is not required
• Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or other board-certified physicians are welcome to apply
• Strong business, leadership, and growth experience highly preferred
