LANi BODi STUDIOS — Physician-Owner & Oversight Opportunity LANi BODi STUDIOS is a small, self-funded body-confidence and medical-aesthetics practice preparing to launch in Suwanee, Georgia. We are seeking a thoughtful Georgia physician interested in one lean, combined relationship: medical oversight plus ownership and proper physician control of the Georgia professional entity supporting the clinical practice. We are building carefully from the beginning. Our goal is not simply to place a physician's name on paperwork. We want an appropriately engaged physician-owner who understands the responsibilities of genuine professional-entity control and who values safety, sound systems, respectful communication and a healthy working culture. What the relationship may include Review and approval of appropriate clinical protocols, standing orders and safety workflows. Timely consultation and escalation support for the clinical team. Periodic chart and quality review. Guidance on contraindications, adverse-event response, referral and emergency planning. Collaboration with a Georgia APRN/NP and other properly credentialed practitioners. Ownership and appropriate physician control of a newly formed Georgia professional entity, with governance, signature authority, administrative expectations and succession terms defined in writing. Limited launch/setup participation within the agreed monthly retainer. The planned APRN/NP will handle routine Good Faith Exams and patient-specific orders when permitted within the final structure and protocols. We are therefore not seeking a physician to perform every routine examination. Qualifications Active, unrestricted Georgia MD or DO license. Appropriate malpractice coverage or ability to obtain the required coverage. Experience supervising or collaborating with APRNs/RNs. Willingness to serve as the physician owner of a properly structured Georgia professional entity and to exercise the required professional control—not act as a nominee owner. Medical-aesthetics, dermatology, plastic-surgery, wellness or outpatient-practice experience is welcomed but not required for initial consideration. Responsive, safety-minded and comfortable helping a small team build orderly systems. Willing to define availability, response expectations, chart-review duties and fees clearly in writing. Schedule and compensation Very limited part-time involvement at launch, generally expected to average approximately 2-5 hours per month.
