Physician (MD/DO) - Post-Acute & Skilled Nursing Care Meridian, ID Gadzoom Health Redefining Post-Acute Care. One Facility at a Time. What You'll Be Doing Deliver high-quality medical care to post-acute and long-term care patients Oversee 3-4 skilled nursing facilities within the DFW area Supervise and collaborate with a team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants Partner closely with Facility Administrators and Directors of Nursing Drive quality improvement and value-based care initiatives Lead documentation, compliance, and coding excellence Serve as the clinical face and trusted leader within your buildings Why Houston, Texas?
