QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a responsible and reliable person 21 yrs. or older with strong customer service skills. High school diploma or GED with some college preferred. Three years supervisory experience is preferred. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Must be able to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy and remain calm during emergencies. Proficient computer skills with aptitude to learn new systems. Prior cash handling experience required. First Aid, CPR and AED certification required within one month of hire. DUTIES Performing duties under the direction of the Facility Manager, the Manager on Duty is responsible for ensuring quality service, safety, and security of guests and to maintain quality standards consistent with operating policies and procedures in the absence of the Facility Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining control and monitoring the building, overseeing room rentals, emergency response and crisis management, accident and incident reporting, behavior management, greeting and assisting patrons, and program instructors as needed. The Manager on Duty is also responsible for cash handling duties including verifying daily cash drops and maintaining starting banks for the point of service stations. Works as Guest Services attendant on weekends. This is an at-will position.
