Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Regional Medical Director to provide medical leadership and clinical support to two of our Southern Illinois practices:

Lakeside Veterinary Hospital - Carbondale, ILCentral Hospital for Animals - Herrin, ILThis is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who wants to continue practicing medicine while taking on a larger role in mentoring doctors, strengthening clinical teams, and helping shape the future of both hospitals.

The Regional Medical Director will partner closely with hospital and regional leadership to support medical excellence, doctor development, and continued growth across both practices.

For the right veterinarian, this opportunity also includes a pathway to partnership/ownership at both hospitals, offering the ability to make a long-term impact while sharing in the success of the practices.
