You'll help set the clinical direction of the hospital, support and mentor your fellow veterinarians, and create an environment where the whole medical team can succeed — all while doing what you became a veterinarian to do: practice medicine and care for patients. Strong operational leadership is already in place, so you won't be buried in the administrative details of running the hospital. You'll collaborate closely with the Hospital Manager while focusing your leadership on medical quality, doctor development, and patient care.
