Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining a clinical caseload across general practice Providing wellness, dentistry, and soft-tissue surgery Upholding high clinical standards and medical protocols Supporting the continued development of the hospital's medical offering Reviewing medical records and ensuring appropriate clinical standards Overseeing controlled substance protocols and regulatory compliance Mentoring and coaching Veterinarians and support staff Supporting DVM recruitment and participating in candidate interviews Working with hospital leadership on budgeting, inventory, and equipment requirements Monitoring key performance indicators alongside hospital management Supporting excellent client communication and addressing escalated concerns Ensuring compliance with Kentucky regulations, OSHA, and applicable standards Helping foster a positive, collaborative team culture You will have the opportunity to shape the clinical direction of the hospital while remaining actively involved in patient care. #
