This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality outcomes. Duties

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the program to ensure they meet organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify community needs and develop responsive programming.
• Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Lead and mentor program staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Establish partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance program reach and effectiveness.
• Monitor program performance through data collection and analysis, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
• Prepare reports for senior management on program progress, challenges, and successes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Experience
• A associate's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in program management or related roles, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools is highly desirable.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation is advantageous.
• Familiarity with community engagement practices and stakeholder collaboration is a plus.
