Job Description
JOB DETAILS
Step beyond the traditional Emergency Department and lead clinical care across one of Louisiana's largest EMS operations. A growing, employee-owned organization is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine physician to provide clinical leadership for approximately 2,000 frontline providers and 1,000-1,200 patient transports each day.
This full-time leadership opportunity offers:
Statewide clinical influence and meaningful operational impact An established physician, APP, and quality-support structure Flexibility to live anywhere in Louisiana, with Lafayette preferred Approximately one to two travel days per week Vehicle allowance, fuel card, and paid business travel Qualified candidates should be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine. Five to ten years of active clinical experience and prior EMS exposure are preferred; EMS fellowship training is not required. The ideal physician is an approachable, energetic leader who enjoys supporting frontline teams, improving patient care, and solving complex clinical challenges.
