    • Riverside is seeking a passionate clinician to join our Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) team in Milford!
    This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated behavioral health professionals! The Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) program provides crisis and behavioral health assessment, intervention, and stabilization services 24 hours per day, seven days per week, and 365 days per year (24/7/365) for individuals of all ages who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis. The mission of MCI is to respond rapidly, assess effectively, and deliver a course of treatment intended to promote recovery, ensure safety, and stabilize the crisis in a manner that allows the person served to receive medically necessary services in the community, or if medically necessary, in an inpatient or 24-hour diversionary level of care. Among other assigned tasks, the APD will be responsible for: Provides 24-hour clinical and administrative back-up on-call support to MCI/CCS/Respite staff in rotation with other MCI/CCS/Respite Management. Ensures that all required clinical, administrative forms, and releases are completed. Helps to monitor and ensure quality of care and adherence to regulations in service provision, risk assessment, collaboration and documentation. Provides as-needed support and oversight for telephone screening and triage to consumers calling MCI 24-hour hotline. Assists the leadership team in managing the day-to-day operations related to regulatory compliance, accurate billing, EHR data entry, contract related data management and facility purchasing. Facilitates scheduled staff meetings in collaboration with Program Director.
    Schedule:
    Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (40 hours), must have flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to support a 24/7/365 program

Required Skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required. Intermediate to Advanced computer fluency, including Microsoft Office, required. Valid driver's license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required. Required Experience Master's degree in psychology, social work or other related clinical human service discipline required. Independent clinical licensure required. Two years supervisory experience in a similar mental health setting required. Three years' clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting required. MCI experience strongly preferred.
