Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Director to lead our PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model. This role focuses on providing comprehensive medical direction and oversight for seniors with chronic care needs to help them remain independent in their community.
Schedule:
Monday Friday; Full-time.Location:
West Springfield, MA.Team:
Provides direction and supervision to Primary Care Providers (PCPs) and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs); reports to the Executive Director.
Charting:
Administrative and clinical oversight within the PACE model.Benefits
