BCBA Clinical Leadership Opportunity

Crown ABA is growing and we are looking for a Lead BCBA to grow with us. This is a leadership opportunity for a clinically strong BCBA who also has great interpersonal skills and enjoys supporting others. You will step into a role alongside a highly supportive clinical and operational team that truly works together. We believe in reasonable caseloads, real mentorship, and building something meaningful. What You'll Do Maintain a manageable caseload Provide mentorship and clinical guidance to BCBAs and RBTs Collaborate closely with our Clinical Director and leadership team Support quality assurance and clinical excellence Help shape systems as we continue to grow You will not be doing this alone. We communicate openly, support one another, and make decisions as a team.
