You'll join an experienced team of veterinarians, licensed veterinary technicians and dedicated support professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding client service. Leadership & Clinical Environment As Medical Director, you'll have the opportunity to influence the clinical direction of the hospital while remaining actively involved in patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring associate veterinarians Supporting clinical excellence and medical quality standards Encouraging collaboration and case discussion Helping recruit, develop and retain veterinary talent Supporting continuing education and professional development Partnering with hospital leadership on strategic initiatives Promoting a positive, team-focused culture Maintaining your own clinical caseload through appointments and surgery This role is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys developing people, improving processes and helping a hospital continue to thrive while remaining connected to clinical practice.
