Job Description
Hospital in Michigan's Upper Peninsula is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician to join their team. As Michigan's oldest city, this diverse waterfront community has a wealth of things to do and see, is located right on I-75 and has a local regional airport. 18 bed ED. Annual volume around 16,000. Sos physician coverage with APP support from 10am-10pm daily. Day shift is 7am-7pm, night shift is 7pm-7am with small overlap on shift change. Separate walk-in clinic across the street staffed by APP from 9am-7pm. Trauma team available and required to be on site within 20 minutes. Highly competitive compensation plan.
