Job Description
Missouri Ozarks Community Health (MOCH), a Federally Qualified Health Center, is seeking a fulltime Medical Director to lead our clinical team and support our mission of delivering compassionate, accessible, highquality healthcare to our rural Southern Missouri communities. About the Role The Medical Director oversees all medical care across MOCH's seven clinics, ensuring high-quality, patientcentered services. This position will work in close collaboration with Administration to guide organizational planning, quality improvement, and clinical operations. This role offers the opportunity to take on meaningful leadership responsibilities, mentor and collaborate with midlevel providers, and remain actively involved in delivering highquality patient care.
