Job Description
Physician led, independent 450+ bed hospital in Kansas City is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician to join and help shape a community oncology program.
- 50% hematology and 50% oncology position
- Reasonable patient volumes averaging 17 patients per day
- Radiation Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Financial Navigation and Nurse Navigation all in place
- Oracle/Cerner EMR
- Weekly Tumor Conferences - Mayo Clinic Care Network partner
- Clinical trial resources available
- Dedicated Oncology APRN for inpatient coverage with an average of 15 patients per day
- Join a rapidly expanding program: practicing oncologists and 2027 fellows encouraged to apply
- H-1B visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Benefits:
- Medical Director will receive a base guarantee/medical director compensation + wRVU bonuses
- Unheard of employer retirement contributions of $46,000 annually
- Generous sign-on bonus, 8 weeks
